From my time at OXX/Umain, I contributed to the ongoing operation of Sem & Johnsen's digital platform. Working as part of the Umain team, I handled day-to-day maintenance and support - ensuring the platform remained stable, responsive, and ready for the customer's needs.
Sem & Johnsen is a well-established Norwegian retailer with a broad customer base and active digital presence. Keeping that platform reliable required attentiveness, clear communication, and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly as they arose.
